We're excited to announce that we've revamped our TIQ Customer Dashboard for analytics and data reporting.
It’s extremely easy to use, and once your projects are launched, they are added to your dashboard so you’ll be able to get all your information in one convenient place.
1. Open a new browser window in Google Chrome
2. To access your dashboard, please go to:

Your custom Dashboard login was provided directly by our team.
4. Select a course
Once you’ve logged in, select the course module you'd like to review.
5. Generate a report
On the next page, simply select whether you want to include user profile in the spreadsheet (company, names, etc.) and click generate. Our system will create a new report, which may take a minute or two depending on the number of users.
6. Download a report
A .CSV report* will appear in the list and include the number of users, date it was generated, etc. Click the Download button to save it to your computer.
*Please note: the dashboard will only store a generated report for up to 7 days, after which it will be deleted from the system. You can always generate a new report at any time.
