Access the Console
What does it look like?
Once you turn on the console, a side bar will appear to the right of your browser window (sometimes it may appear at the bottom of your browser). The console looks like this . . .
If the issue is technical in nature, you'll see an error message in red. Don't worry, this will tell us exactly what is happening.
