What is Drag & Drop: Matching?
Drag & Drop: Matching is a simple matching game. If you have words or terms that your users need to learn, this game helps match them up to their definition.
How does Drag & Drop: Matching work?
A series of words will appear at the top of the screen, with the definitions below. The user must click and drag a word to its correct definition to gain points.
How do I add content to Drag & Drop: Matching?
This game may seem intimidating to add content too when you look at the template in Gather Content, but it is very straight forward. Begin by writing in the first word to be defined in the "First Match Item" text box at the top of the screen. The second text box is called "First Match Answer" and it is in this text box you will write the definition to the word in the first box. The third text box is called "Second Match Item", and again you will write a word to be defined. Write the definition to this second word in the fourth text box called "Second Match Answer". Continue to fill out the Third and Fourth words with definitions in the same manner.
Always remember to keep track of your character count. As you add more content in, you will see a small window on the bottom right of the text box keeping tract of how many characters you have used. Once you go over your allowed characters, the number will turn red. It is important to keep your text within the character count limit as it will affect how the text is displayed in the game object. Too much text, and it will get cut off in the final Trajectory.
What Content Works Best?
This game is designed for words or terms that need to be defined. If you have specific words related to your topic that players need to know, this is the game type to place them in.
