What is Drag & Drop: Classify?
Many companies and institutes have learning objectives that fall into different categories. This is the game for users to sort different words, terms or ideas into the correct categories.
How does Drag & Drop: Classify work?
A question will appear at the top of the screen with the terms and categories as columns appearing below. The user must click and drag the terms letter over to the correct column to earn points. It can be done as a 2 or 3 category game set up depending on the content needs. Difficultly can be increased or decreased based on incorrect answers "bouncing back" to be resorted, or having them stay in place until the user has completed the level and then providing the answers.
How do I add content to Drag & Drop: Classify?
To start, add in the question or statement at the top in the text box labelled "Question or Statement". This should be written in such a way that it will indicate to the player what categories will need to be sorted. Next write in the first category heading in the text box "Column A Title". Then write in the items that fit under that category in the text box "Column A Answers". Each answer needs to be kept short, and added on a new line. Continue to fill in the text boxes "Column B Title" and "Column B Answers" in the same way. It is important to note that only 4 answers can be done per question.
Always remember to keep track of your character count. As you add more content in, you will see a small window on the bottom right of the text box keeping tract of how many characters you have used. Once you go over your allowed characters, the number will turn red. It is important to keep your text within the character count limit as it will affect how the text is displayed in the game object. Too much text, and it will get cut off in the final Trajectory.
