Our TIQ Customer Dashboard for analytics and data reporting.
It’s extremely easy to use, and once your projects are launched, they are added to your dashboard so you’ll be able to get all your information in one convenient place.
To access your dashboard:
- Open a new browser window in Google Chrome
- Go to https://dashboard.trajectoryiq.com
- Enter your Username and Password provided by our team
Once inside, Company Administrator access to the TIQ Dashboard provides you with the ability to see several things about your company's employees in the system.
Once you click on a module under "My Modules", you are able to see basics performance metrics, and some navigation on left.
TIQ Module Performance Estimates will only appear if you have an insights enabled module
Standard user reporting:
New projects/modules allow the export of detailed TIQ Insights reports (if enabled). if you do not see the TIQ Insights menu option this means that insights is not currently enabled for your module.
Once generated, a .CSV report* will appear in the list and include the number of users, date it was generated, etc. Click the Download button to save it to your computer.
*Please note: the dashboard will only store a generated report for up to 7 days, after which it will be deleted from the system. You can always generate a new report at any time.
