The TIQ Experience Platform is made up of the following components:
- TIQ Experience Platform
- TIQ Course Software
- TIQ Insights
- TIQ Integrations (enterprise only)
TIQ Experience Platform
The TIQ Experience Platform is considered all of our tools together accessed through a single custom URL.
Depending on who the user is, their permissions, and the type of client, different functionality is available. However, no matter whether a user needs to register to take a TIQ Course, already has an account and needs to continue a TIQ Course or take a new one, or is a company administrator looking for completion results through TIQ Insights, everything is accessed through a company's unique URL.
❗️*Note: Enterprise customers have even more functionality available through TIQ Integrations, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and access to our TIQ API.

A seamless user experience between users already logged into your organization's software system(s) and the TIQ Experience Platform. Login automatically using your own Identity Provider (IdP) and bypass the TIQ Experience Platform login screen or even login directly into your courses automatically from your own Learning Management System (LMS) or HR software.

The TIQ API currently allows a customer to check user progress through our read-only RESTful web service.

The TIQ Experience Platform also has the ability to call an external API from within the TIQ Course Software at a variety of touch points, including:
- when a user starts a course
- when a user completes a course
- when a user is awarded a badge
- and more...
